Can the platform manage more than one branch?

Yes. Multi-site management is one of the platform’s core uses. Grandstream states that it is designed for complete scalability without stated limits on the number of sites or compatible GWN devices managed. Does user internet traffic pass through the cloud controller?

Grandstream documents local data forwarding, which means ordinary user traffic is not sent through the cloud controller as its data path.
