What information is needed for a useful quotation?

Provide the site location, property type, floor count, approximate camera count, important monitoring zones, preferred resolution if known, night-time conditions, storage retention target, existing CCTV or network equipment, target project date and whether supply, cabling, mounting, configuration and testing are required. For larger projects, include drawings, camera schedules or photos of representative areas where possible.
