For multi-room projects, send one line per room so the hardware can be standardized where practical without forcing every space into the same configuration.
Share the room dimensions, seats, display count, preferred platform, quantity, delivery location and target date. Include photos or a simple floor plan when camera placement or cable routing may be difficult.
