Will my existing RFID cards work with the SBTL7211?

Compatibility should be confirmed rather than assumed. Share the existing card technology, reader type, controller environment and access-management software with FourTeck. The product is an RFID-equipped model, but card formats and system integration can vary. Does the product support emergency release?

The official family specification lists emergency mode support, and ZKTeco’s series documentation describes barriers that can be released for passage during a power outage. The full site emergency behaviour should still be confirmed during design, including fire-alarm interface, fail-safe logic, approved escape route and any local project requirements.

What warranty applies to this model?

ZKTeco’s published SBTL7200-family specification lists a one-year warranty reference. The actual commercial warranty, service process and responsibility for installation-related faults should be confirmed on the FourTeck quotation because project terms can depend on sourcing route, included services and the final system scope.

How do I choose between SBTL7211 and SBTL7222?

Choose based on authentication requirement. The SBTL7211 is the controller-and-RFID-reader variant. The SBTL7222 adds fingerprint and RFID capability. If your security policy requires biometric verification, discuss the SBTL7222. If card-based entry is sufficient, SBTL7211 is the more directly aligned family model.
